Recovery walk
Get outside and walk. No pace goals, no timer pressure. Just move. Fresh air and gentle movement help your muscles recover from the week. This is your one rest day. Use it, but don't skip it.
20-30 minutes

Full body stretch
Stretch whatever feels tight from the week. Hold each stretch for 20-30 seconds. Don't bounce. Just breathe and relax into it.
5-10 minutes

Deep breathing
Sit or lie down. Breathe in for 4 counts, hold for 4, out for 6. Feel your nervous system calm down. This is part of the training.
